1 Introduction
Welcome to 999 Win. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you ("the player," "you") and 999 Win ("we," "us," "the platform") regarding your use of any product, service or game available on the 999 Win website and mobile platform. The platform is operated under the 999win-khelo.com domain and is directed at adult players in Pakistan.
By registering an account on 999 Win, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use any 999 Win service.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 999 Win. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and any specific promotion terms published for an individual offer, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer only.
2 Eligibility and Registration
To open an account and use the 999 Win platform you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- You must be a resident of Pakistan or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services.
- You must not already hold an existing account on the 999 Win platform.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or have been previously banned from 999 Win.
- You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and truthful information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, your date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address. Providing false or misleading registration details is a breach of these Terms and will result in account termination.
999 Win reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time and in particular before processing any withdrawal. You will be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC (front and back) or valid passport. Until verification is completed, withdrawal requests may be held pending review.
3 Account Security and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 999 Win login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any other person and must not allow anyone else to access or use your account on your behalf.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 999 Win immediately by contacting our support team. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily locking the account while the matter is resolved.
999 Win will never contact you by email, SMS or any other channel asking for your password. If you receive any such communication claiming to be from 999 Win and requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to us immediately.
4 Deposits and Payment Methods
999 Win accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following verified payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards. All balances on your account are held and displayed in PKR.
The minimum deposit at 999 Win is Rs 500 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps. 999 Win does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges in certain circumstances — you should check with your provider directly.
Deposits are credited to your 999 Win account instantly in most cases. Occasional delays may occur due to banking system processing times, particularly for IBFT transactions made outside standard banking hours. If your deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference and we will investigate promptly.
- All payment methods must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
- 999 Win reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.
- Deposits made by credit card may not be eligible for certain welcome bonuses — see individual offer terms.
- 999 Win does not accept cash deposits or cryptocurrency payments.
5 Withdrawals
Players may request withdrawals of real-money funds at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. There is no maximum withdrawal amount for verified accounts, though 999 Win reserves the right to process very large withdrawals in tranches if required for operational reasons.
Withdrawals are processed free of charge at 999 Win — there are no platform-side fees applied to any withdrawal regardless of the method or amount. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:
- Easypaisa / JazzCash: Under 5 minutes for verified accounts (standard tier).
- NayaPay / SadaPay: Within 30 minutes during business hours.
- IBFT / Bank Transfer: 1–2 banking business days.
- Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on issuing bank.
- VIP Elite Members: All methods processed within 30 minutes.
All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. If your account has not been verified at the time of your first withdrawal request, you will be prompted to submit your CNIC or passport and proof of address. Withdrawal requests will not be released until verification is complete.
999 Win reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal at any time. This is done in accordance with our anti-money-laundering obligations and is not a reflection on the legitimacy of any individual player's account.
6 Bonuses and Promotions
999 Win offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any additional conditions specific to each individual offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable terms.
Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer, all bonuses at 999 Win carry a wagering requirement of 30× the bonus amount. This means if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus, you must place Rs 30,000 in qualifying bets before any funds derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions by game type are as follows:
- Jackpot Slots: 100% contribution
- Standard Slots: 100% contribution
- Live Casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack): 10% contribution
- Sports Betting (pre-match): 20% contribution
- Sports Betting (in-play): 10% contribution
- Esports Betting: 15% contribution
Bonus Time Limits. Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses must be fully wagered within 14 calendar days of being credited to your account. Any bonus and associated winnings remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.
Bonus Abuse. 999 Win takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. This includes — but is not limited to — opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, using mathematical strategies designed purely to satisfy wagering requirements at minimal risk, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations. Any account found to be abusing bonuses will have all bonus funds and any associated winnings confiscated and the account may be permanently closed.
7 Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on the 999 Win platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified by third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are entirely random and no player, operator, or third party can influence or predict the outcome of any spin, hand, or bet.
Game-specific rules are accessible within each game's help section. By placing a real-money bet on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules applicable to that game. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded by 999 Win's server logs will be treated as the definitive record.
In the event of a technical malfunction — such as a disconnection during a live casino session or a game loading error mid-spin — 999 Win will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where this is not possible, bets affected by a confirmed malfunction will be voided and stakes returned. 999 Win cannot be held liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
8 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999 Win platform. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Opening more than one account, or having a third party open an account on your behalf.
- Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration or verification information.
- Using automated bots, scripts, macros or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other players in any game where collusion confers an unfair advantage.
- Exploiting software bugs, game errors or technical glitches to generate wins or avoid losses.
- Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes as a method to retain both deposited funds and winnings.
- Laundering money or using 999 Win for any activity connected to financial crime.
- Accessing your account from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under local law.
9 Responsible Gaming
999 Win is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani players on our platform. We believe that online casino and sports betting should remain a form of entertainment and should never negatively impact a player's financial situation, mental health, or personal relationships.
The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 999 Win account holders at no cost:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your account. Increases take 72 hours to apply; decreases are effective immediately.
- Session Reminders: Configure time alerts to notify you after a defined period of continuous play.
- Reality Check: Enable periodic pop-up reminders showing your session duration and net balance change.
- Self-Exclusion: Request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanent exclusion from the 999 Win platform. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be blocked and no marketing communications will be sent. Permanent exclusion cannot be reversed.
- Account Closure: Close your account at any time by contacting support. Any balance remaining will be withdrawn to your registered payment method.

10 Privacy and Data
999 Win collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is published separately on the platform. By registering an account, you consent to our collection, use and storage of your personal information as described in that policy.
We will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where required by law, by our payment processing partners for transaction processing, or by our game providers for the purpose of delivering the games you play. All data transfers are conducted under appropriate data protection safeguards.
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you and to request correction of any inaccuracies. Submit such requests to support@999win-khelo.com with the subject line "Data Request".
11 Account Suspension and Closure
999 Win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following applies:
- A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
- The account has been used for fraudulent, criminal or money laundering activity.
- The account holder has been identified as a minor.
- The account has been inactive for a period of 24 consecutive months.
- We are required to do so by law, regulatory instruction, or court order.
If your account is suspended or closed for reasons other than a terms breach, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method after completion of any required checks. If the account is closed due to a confirmed breach, 999 Win reserves the right to forfeit the account balance.
You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. We will process your request within 24 hours and return any outstanding withdrawable balance.
12 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999 Win shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential — arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Losses resulting from game outcomes, regardless of circumstances.
- Losses caused by technical failures, internet outages or system errors beyond our reasonable control.
- Loss of data or unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
999 Win's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13 Amendments to These Terms
999 Win reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email and by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the 999 Win platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account as set out in Section 11.
The version of these Terms shown on the platform on any given date represents the complete, current agreement between you and 999 Win. Previous versions are archived and available on request by contacting our support team.
